CAR 2000 available in November
The new California Association of Realtors
Form RPA-11, Residential Purchase Agreement and Joint Escrow Instructions
(and receipt for deposit) template will be added to EOCS
Millennium in
November 2000. The new template will supersede the old CAR instructions.
